IMPORTANT: Your System Hierarchy is integral to many areas of Radar Healthcare and can be complex to amend after you start using the system. Before making any changes to how your system is set up we recommend you read the below article first:



Regions are used throughout Radar Healthcare and enable region trends to be evaluated.


View regions

  1. Click on the Administration menu item.
  2. Under the General header select Regions.
  3. You will be presented with a list of existing regions.


Create a new region

  1. Click on the Administration menu item.
  2. Under the General header select Regions.
  3. Select the Create button.
  4. Enter the region Name and select the Region Manager.
  5. Select Create, the region is added to the region list.


Edit a region

  1. Click on the Administration menu item.
  2. Under the General header select Regions.
  3. You will be presented with a list of existing regions, click the Actions button next to the region you wish to edit and select Edit.
  4. Edit the region details as required and select Save, the region details will be updated.


Delete a region


To delete a Region, please get in touch with the Radar Healthcare Support team and request this.


We will first check whether the Region(s) you want to delete are linked to any Users or Locations within your system. Once these have been reassigned we will be able to delete the Region for you.


Depending on your Radar Healthcare licence, this update may require the use of Service Hours.
