Please Note: This user guide is in reference to the Audit App and not the main Radar Healthcare system.  Guidance for the main system is available here:  Logging into Radar Healthcare

When you open your newly downloaded Radar Healthcare Audit App, you will be presented with the following screen. 

In the topmost box where the app is requesting the Server, type the url of the login page you use to login to Radar Healthcare via your PC. E.g. 

Your Username will be the email address that you use to log into Radar Healthcare via your PC, or if you access Radar Healthcare through a different channel, it will be the email address associated with your Radar Healthcare account. You can find this from your normal Radar Healthcare login by going to your Account settings on the top right hand menu.

Enter your normal Radar Healthcare Password and click Login.

The first time that you attempt to login via the App, you will receive a message to advise that your System Administrator needs to authorise your device before you are able to access the App. If you are a Radar Healthcare Administrator and need to approve a device, click here to view the relevant article.

Once your device has been approved, either click Refresh on the above screen or enter your login details on the main login page.

You will now be taken to the My Audits page, where you will be able to see the current status of any audits that you have been assigned.
