Add short descriptions to your event titles in Radar Healthcare, allowing you to provide more context to your users when they're choosing the most appropriate event to record.



When users are reporting an event there is a drop-down list showing all your events for them to select.  It is possible to have a short description underneath the event title to provide further information and guidance for the users to select the most appropriate event.

How to add the descriptions to your event titles

This is implemented by Radar Healthcare.  Please let us know the descriptions you would like.  To support us in this task we suggest the following steps:

  1. Please outline each of your Event Types and the description you would like to add. (There is a spreadsheet at the bottom of this article to help you get started)
  2. Please raise a ticket with the Radar Support Team with a list of your events and the descriptions you'd like to have added.
